A Russian billionaire couple have put more than $100 million worth of trophy Manhattan apartments on the market — and that’s in addition to a third condo they just sold for close to $15 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.
Valery Kogan, a Russian airport mogul, and his wife Olga, have listed their penthouse at 15 Central Park West for $65 million and their Versailles-style condo nearby at the Plaza for $38 million.
In addition, Kogan just sold a duplex plus a studio apartment at 515 Park Ave. for $14.5 million, which asked $25 million in 2020 and was last asking $16.49 million. (In February, the feds separately seized two different units at 515 Park tied to sanctioned Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg — along with other property tied to Vekselberg in the Hamptons and Florida.)
The 15 Central Park West penthouse is on the 40th floor and overlooks the park itself.
That unit asks almost three times more than the $22.71 million they paid for it in 2008. It has also been renovated in the over-the-top Marie Antoinette style.
